Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Most orders are processed within 2-4 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your once the order has been dispatched with yor tracking number.
All orders are sent fully tracked from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking link.
We use our shipping partners such as; USPS, Royal Mail, CanadaPost, Australia Post, DHL FedEx and more

Q. Has my order dispatched yet?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a dispatch email yet, your order is likely still being processed. If it’s been more than four business days, please reach out to us, and we’ll gladly check the status for you.
Q. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
A. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails can end up there. Alternatively, there may have been a typo in your email address during checkout. If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer service team, and we’ll confirm your order details for you.
Q. I don't have a tracking number. When will I get it?
A. Tracking information is typically sent via email once your order is dispatched, usually within 1-2 business days of placing the order. If it’s been longer and you haven’t received a tracking number, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll assist you in locating your order.
Q. What are the payment options availible?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system.
